Even though it says shounen, I think it should be classified as seinen due to its content. I think people mainly read it for the comedy/randomness factor. Well, people like different things. And it seems you're not one of the ones who like this series. The ratings are more or less balanced as well, +10 just barely being the most voted. Neither over- nor underrated. Also, I've never seen an obsessed fanboy for this. ________________
