I'm not Korean so I have no idea what's the name of the comic ( if it's mentioned at all). I have used an online translator but it wasn't very useful.. It mentions some "Szuchuan king", black heavyweight boxer M, the name "Negro", underground tournament etc.

It's from one of the street fighter mangas... might be Street Fighter ZERO or Street Fighter III RYU FINAL.


And the character, which in Korea is known as an ethnic slur, is "Mike Bison" or Balrog in English.
