Very, very dim memory in my mind, but basically the girl is forced to marry someone (a prince?) and she doesn't have memories of her childhood, but she has a power that is activated when she sees blood and her eyes turn blood-red when she uses that power.
Also, she has a "servant" who is a different species (not human) who saved her life when she was younger.
