Quote Manga creator Ayano Yamane revealed at her Yaoi-Con panel on Saturday that an anime adaptation of her Finder Series boys-love manga is in production. The storyboards have already been done, and the cast will be announced soon. The anime is planned for release next spring.
The story follows freelance journalist Akihito Takaba and his relationship with the mysterious Asami, a powerful leader in Japan's underworld society. Central Park Media's Be Beautiful imprint launched its translated version of the manga in North America in 2005. Digital Manga Publishing has since announced this year that it licensed the manga.

the finder manga was removed from the german manga market because of the contents. I hope they won´t track the people who watch the anime, because i HAVE to watch BL anime since i don´t come across them very often

And I really want to clarify the whole anime news...because it seems to me that a lot of you were confused.
I was at there when sensei explained it personally, and I do know enough Japanese to understand what was going on, so here it is...
There was a question during the Q&A about any anime in the making. In sensei's words, she explained that the Animax film (the one and only that was announced long ago, the one that is made up of still frames of sensei's manga with voice-overs) is in the making. The illustrations and editing are basically done and they are busy putting voices into it. The projected release date is next spring.
Now, I'm thinking that the translator didn't understand the concept of an Animax film...so when she translated, the words "the anime is in the making" came out instead, and everyone was really hyped that there'll be an anime in the coming spring, where I was going "hhhooollyy SHIT, she totally got the translation wrong. O_o;;;"...
So I'm sorry I burst your bubbles? Owo; But I want to just clarify that for all VF fans..."

I hope to god they will keep the art EXACTLY the same, down to the last detail. Those sexy nosebridges that Yamane-sensei draws... *-*
They will probably censor it though. Still. I hope they don't. Well maybe it's better they do. Wouldn't want to die of eternal nosebleed.
