I would like to read a manga with a character i´ve never seen before. You shouldn´t be able to say something like "oh, he/she is a little tsundere" or something like that. Unique habits would also be good. Every genre, but i prefer oneshots.^^ Please recommend me some^^

I'm pretty sure that the protagonist of Leviathan is like no other guy you've seen before.

I suspect you've read these, but I'll throw them out there anyway.

Kang Shingi of Zippy Ziggy sure surprised me when he showed his true face. Just a unique character to have as a protagonist and a hilarious guy imo.

Bakuman, which describes the world of mangakas in a light but intelligent way, has some secondary characters that are extremely interesting. One mangaka who's depressed to the point of despair, one that is a genius but loathes working and does everything to escape his editor etc.

I find the main character of Reaching you pretty special, too. She's a ridiculously innocent girl without an evil thought in her head but everyone is still afraid of her because she looks scary. She doesn't blame anyone though and still has a hilariously positive view on life and can enjoy the little things. Of course she does get friends before long since it's a shoujo.

I found the two protagonists of Satou Kashi no Dangan wa Uchinukenai to be quite unique; especially considering they're female middle-school students, but don't fit into any of the typical Japanese-school-girl moulds.

There are lots of weird teens in Sketchbook.

Noramimi has a lot of unique characters as well as a number of ordinary ones. It's a cute, cleverly-written story; and the mix of cliche and non-cliche characters makes the cast all the more interesting, so I really recommend trying it out. But I'm afraid the series is rather long (8 volumes).

Bakune Young and Pure Trance are very weird, wacky stories - but they both have almost disturbingly unique MCs.

You could also try Zero (MATSUMOTO Taiyo).

War Front on Spike Hills all the characters are unique and complex
and the situation is strange .... and they indulge in questionable stuff

I second that ... the characters are so good and unique you want to have them as your friends ^^

the wolf horo of ookami to koushinryou and her companion craft lawrence are pretty much unique, not their character, but their cunning trading skill. and this manga isn't on your reading nor wish list, so you should check it out.

I'd say most of Taiyo Matsumoto's works feature unusual characters - the two protagonists of Tekkonkinkreet are unlike any characters I've seen from other mangaka, and Brothers of Japan is a collection of unrelated oneshots, most featuring rather bizarre characters.

The Lives of Eccentrics seems like an obvious choice - a collection of oneshots based (somewhat loosely) on infamously unusual people who actually existed.

Ichi the Killer - I suppose that all the characters could be described as thoroughly effed-up, but I'd say that the three main characters, at least, (Kakihara, Ichi, and Jijii) are twisted in their own unique fashion.

Memories of Emanon - the title character presents quite a refreshing take on the concept of immortality.

As for pure oneshots, you could try the following, all of which feature either unusual characters, or characters presented in an unusual manner (or in the case of Plastic Girl, both):
