Hello there, I’m looking for a manga which features a different kind of relationship then all these love based ones. What I’m looking for is a manga with two previously unknown people (preferable a male and a female, but that doesn’t have to be the case), which through various circumstances end up with some kind of strong love non romantic relationship to each others. Example on what kind of love I’m looking for is; love between really close friend, love for a child or a parent, or love for a sibling. I would also prefer that it isn’t ecchi, smut or comedy, but depending on how well it fits the other criteria’s can that to some extent be excluded.
Some example of manga I’ve read which fits the criteria’s:
Tokage
Kure-nai (Havn’t read the manga, but have seen the anime, and it’s exactly what I’m looking for.)
So to summarize:
The manga should feature a non romantic relationship between two previously unknown parts.
The two parts should as the manga progress build up a love towards each other, but not the kind of love there usually is for example between husband and wife.
It’s preferred that the manga isn’t ecchi, smut or comedy.
All other genres are fine.
Thanks in advance.

I think Shounen Maid should fit. It does have a comedy element, but the kid and his uncle seem well on their way to establishing a nice, caring relationship as family members.
I think Liar Game and Kami no Shizuku have something like this - but the series are still ongoing so I can't be certain whether or not the guy and the girl will develop romantic feelings for each other. As far as the scanlated chapters go, though, they're still only good friends.
Boku Wa Ne and Flat (AOGIRI Natsu) portray this kind of relationship between a little kid an an adult / teenager.

Kuroshitsuji
Between two guys: I'm not sure they love each other, but they definitely value each other more than anyone else in the world. In fact, neither of them really values anything other than the other person, for whatever the reason. Their bond is enviable.
Btw, they have a master-servant relationship.
You could also try Until Death do Us Part
I've only read a few chapters, but it seems to be similar Kure-nai, with a strong man protecting a younger girl.
Another one that works is Adarushan No Hanayome
It's about an arranged marriage between a prince and a 10 year old princess. Because she's 10, they don't fall in love and although it's suggested that they will in the future, they never get that far, but remain in a sibling-esq relationship throughout the entire manga.
You could also try Nabari No Ou
The main character never really cared about anything or anyone until he discover this guy who he think is lot like him. They have a VERY close nonromantic relationship. It's so sweet and sad.

Baby Pop - stepfather & daughter who love each other, but not romantically.
Natsume Yuujinchou - Natsume and his cat have an unclassifiable relationship - mutual friendship and incredibly deep fondness, predator-prey (but not really), loyalty, etc. But not romantic, obviously. A similar feeling is there with, um, that lizard-tattoo guy. Gay subtext, maybe? But no actual romance, just deep friendship.
You might be interested in the Pure Subtext thread, which often features dedicated/loving friendships. Such as Bengo! and House of Five Leaves, where non-romantic love is the main focus.

Dang... my favorite child-care/family manga are already mentioned by @ajcoolim107. But to reiterate, I fully support: Usagi Drop!!! Read it... please.
Other child-care / family manga:
A Small World -- a one-shot.
Kokoro ni Hana wo!!
And as @tartufo eloquently said, Natsume Yuujinchou!!! Watch it (or read it)... please.
This is kind of a stretch (I'm cheating):
Fruits Basket -- it can be about a heroine meeting with many "strangers," and she helps them become better people... it's like... pure friendship / borderline family. But again, I'm being liberal for this one.

O.o, a lot of new titles, Thank you all for all of your recommendations, I’ll defiantly check them all out!
And @ tartufo, I’ll check out the subtext thread when I’m done with the recommendations in this thread, it’s a little different from what I’m looking for but might as well work. ^^

NHK ni Youkoso! the relationship between Misaki and Sato is weird
Misaki is using Sato for her own benefite and Sato just see her as annoying teenager
throught the progress of the story their interaction is entangling but there is no romantic relationship
well you'd call it maybe a different kind of love/friendship ......
