I knew that mysterious manager would be a woman. Though I don't recall why I thought so. <.< I'm also guessing she's Hikifune: that female captain that got promoted to the Royal Division.
And I wonder on whose side this new guy is.

I am curious to find out if anyone else thought love interest for Ichigo's father after this chapter? for some reason I have it stuck in my head.

Her being that Captain, hmmm. Ichigo is Naked Snake or maybe Solid, his dad is Naked Snake haha he called her the Boss. Here I was thinking Ichigo was working for Uruhara so for sure the person he was on the phone with was the Boss? Maybe he can't see Uruhara's shop anymore/yet.

I thought he was working for Urahara! Turns out I'm wrong-- Ishida is. I wonder what that is like-- they should have an extra chapter on it sometime...(The personality clash would be hilarious)

It is funny how threatening Ramen can be.

I was picturing it being someone like Garfield from FMA. So, I was actually a little surprised.
And that guy really wants to treat him to some ramen.

i thought... maybe... the new guy is zangetsu? iunno ^^ maybe when ichigo lost his power zangetsu seperated from him? maybe? thats what i thought XD
or his face seems to resemble ichigo's dad, maybe he's a relative? or uncle?

The way Bleach has become so enjoyable in such a quick amount of time, it makes me wonder if Kubo was forced to make the Arrancar Saga that long...
Or it might be that Kubo's just better at writing gag manga than action manga.

Somehow when his boss had him all tied up and she was standing over him, it reminded me of the 1st time he met Rukia when she binded him w/ Kido....

Yeah,even though some of my friends have said ''Ah,This chapter sucked,nothing really important happened...''.
I don't agreed with that it all,since the beggining of this new arc I've enjoyed the chapters so much,different of AS.
And Kubo has really made curious about everything it's happening and what it's about to happen.

I don't get it... Where the hell is Chad? 
Feels like a school gag manga --- kinda confused at how ADD it appears; can't keep up with the pacing but at least it's far more interesting than the end of the previous arc.
