Hi, I know this isn't a manga, but I really really want to know the name of the movie I've watched before.

According to my memory, the film is a prince and the pauper type which feature two GIRLS (I believe Russian). Part of the film I remember is a rich Russian grandfather (I'm not sure if he's the czar or something) and the poor girl's mom is a painter so when they switch place she buys all of her mother's paintings. This film is relatively old because I watched a LONG time ago.

Does anyone know the name of the film? Please tell.
