I'm looking for manga where the main character randomly helps a complete stranger who has been wounded and after that begins a romance between them.
A good example would be haou airen
The main character has to be female so a shoujo/josei kind of story - smut and stuff is fine.
HOWEVER! I also like yaoi so obviously in that case a male main character is fine.
Please no seinen, yuri, shoujo ai, tragedy

Cheers, and there's a manga I know of that suits this theme where the main character is walking along and sees a guy lying in the snow and she thinks he may be dead but he wakes up and they start a romance but she begins to suspect that he may be a murderer. Forgotten the name.
Then maybe with roles slightly reversed but the same kind of scenario: Kindan no Koi wo Shiyou
