I'm looking for seinen/shounen series with a strong female lead instead of male lead. Cross dressing male is fine too but no hentai stuff. Shoujo and Josei are fine as long as they are not filled up with 'he loves me, he loves me not' type (ex. Skip Beat and most romance shoujo) and no smut, yaoi, yuri, horror or hentai. I'd like to avoid tragedies and psychological series but I'm ok with it if they are light enough.
I'm looking for scanlated series with enough length only. One shots and series with less than 3 vols are out.
Similar to Haruka 17, Happy!, Nononono
Even though I prefer series with at least 2-3+ vols scanlated, I'm open to potentially good series with more than 1 vol scanlated

Oh man... @comel beat me to it... but to fit your criteria... do the advanced search (filtering out horror, hental, yaoi, yuri, smut, shounen ai, shoujo ai genre and adding category search of seinen/shounen with female lead):
Seinen w/Female Lead + excluding unwanted genres + ordered by rating
Shounen w/Female Lead + excluding unwanted genres + ordered by rating
These look promising (though I haven't read them) --
