What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I want to read the manga which I accidentally found years ago but i forgot its name. I hope you could help me with this one.

Story:
Something happen to the girl like she dies or something but was given the second chance to turn back in time but it was the time when the girl and the boy she loves are both still young and the guy doesn't know her yet. She was determined to do everything so he will fall for her again but it seems like it's not going well.

Hope you could help me.
