I'm a big fan of all the titles you mentioned! There ought to be more manga / anime like these instead of all those dull mainstream stuff...
As for my suggestions;
Detective / thriller / mystery - Billy Bat , Monster , 20 Seiki Shounen , C.M.B. , Zetsuen no Tempest , Goth. Also, you should watch the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni , Umineko no Naku Koro ni , Ghost in the Shell and Mouryou no Hako anime.
Survival games - Judge (TONOGAI Yoshiki) , Tobaku Haouden Zero
Ten - Tenna Toori no Kaidanji is by the mangaka who wrote Akagi.
As for my suggestions;
