ya, me too i really want him to get his ki-channels 120% recovered and make use of all the ki that had that special ball he eated in the previous manga, by now instead of getting pleased with all these im starting to get annoyed at the situation, i really hope that in chap 13... why he is calling the sunwo clan its not for being their pet but make us of them to make a full come back to the martials arts

I can't say that for sure, since there's no translation yet, but it seems as if ki started flowing through Shioon's body at the end of chapter 13.

no, he just got whipped pretty bad. now shioon has hit rock bottom. pretty sad to see him like this, cant wait 4 him 2 get his groove back!

wth?! come on!!! wake up... finally get ur powers back somehow (well, I am curious with what kind of crap is he going to get them back >_> hope it's gonna be at least a little believable)... seriously.
I hate it when the main character becomes what he was at the start of series - nothing. It's my payoff for liking manga where the main character starts as nothing and becomes something... but I really hate it when he gets to the "..."-like state.... *Sighhhhh*

it would definitely be nice but what i am hoping is that he is not getting scared but even though i think that there is a different reason that he called for a clan meeting and i think that jinie jumped to conclusions and that boy has gone through much pain without backing down and wasn't his ki blocked already in the first place

I'm sure his chi center has already repaired itself without him noticing, more curious as to what he's going to learn now and how much stronger he's going to be

I would hate if it was going to be that simple. And I would hate if this manhwa was inconsistent enough to present the irreparability of his ki center as fact at one point and nonchalantly change that later when it's convenient.
I'm kind of expecting Jinie, who is developing evergrowing sympathies for Shioon, to sacrifice her ki center so that it can be implanted into shioon.

Yeah... Because implanting one person's ki-center into another's has precedent  .
That ball-research-thing more than likely defies the normal "rules" on the destruction of ki-centers. It already did something that was supposed to be impossible, and that was artificially enlarging/enhancing Shioon's ki center to begin with.
