I'm tired of normal shoujo and normal shounen, so I'm looking for shounen-type shoujo, shoujo-type shounen or action josei. Please help to suggest some titles you think has some elements that would appeal to girls while still not being romance stuck in a school setting, girl gets jealous, etc etc. No mecha, sports, sex. No yaoi or yuri, and no idiotic characters that makes you want to punch them in their 2d faces.
What I mean by shoujo elements: fantasy, magic, time travel, slight romance, PRETTY ART. Shounen elements: adventure, action. Any of the above elements would be nice.
Some examples:
Shoujo-type shounen: Double Arts, D. Gray-man, Aragami Hime, Pandora Hearts.
Shounen-type shoujo: Natsume Yuujinchou
Adventure josei: 07-Ghost, Amatsuki, Karneval, Tenkyuugi, +C Sword and Cornett.
