I think he means just... immense depression. The title shouldn't have "the" in it... >_> I was confused about that too until I read his post.

Depressed is...common we just handle it diffrently

some emo out and cut themselves talking aobut how they where abused while growing up
others go to work each day and grow the fuck up

Realistically depressed?

Read Oyasumi Punpun. Best depiction of realistic depression I've ever read. The whole series radiates depression.
