What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

i am looking for a romance manga whereas unlike most manga in which the male does all the bullying the male is one who is bullied by his love interest or the female bullies her love interest.
any genre is welcomed except for hentai

yandere is expressing feelings through violence(usually). Whereas Tsundere is more along the lines of feigning indifference or dislike when the reality is the opposite.

Tora dora! kinda fits, except they like other people and the "romance" between them is EXTREMELY subtextual.

thanks for the suggestions but i'm looking for actual bullying that has a real impact on the story and the character not comical bullying so an example would be 2 of the side characters in GTO
