Maybe Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, where there seems to be an alter ego/other spirit of the Yuuko.
Id might also work because the dude has like a dragon's spirit within him.....but it doesn't really interact with Id, so I don't know.
Nurarihyon no Mago starts off this way, with the demon alter ego of the protagonist in conflict with the human aspect.

Dogs: Bullets & Carnage - Heine has another persona inside of him, which comes out and causes all sorts of carnage whenever he loses control of the situation. Sometimes it has conversations with him too (O_o).
