I was wondering if there are any manga with hot bishie male leads who are deadly with swords/ fists.

Not many come to mind.

I'm not looking for popular stuff like tokyo crazy paradise, vampire knight or even bleach for that matter.
And no squeaky or no-brain female leads please

These are "guns and fists" rather than "swords and fists," but you might enjoy C-Blossom - Case 729 and Jiraishin.

Adventure fantasy shoujos tend to have physically strong bishies, too, like Basara, Kanata Kara, Red River, Tenkuu Seiryuu, Tenma no Ketsuzoku, etc.

I agree with Odette's suggestions, but I don't know how "popular" they are (you said you don't want popular ones).

Queen's knight, shi ga futari o wakatsu made and C-blossom - case 729 & Akumetsu
are some of the ones i'll be checking out asap! And Full metal Panic!, is one of the Funniest I've read till now(love sousuke, even though he's not exactly a bishie)

Uroboros doesn't really sound inviting though( Too much Resident evil?) =D

I have read Red River, Basara and Kanata Kara and they were nice reads,übel blatt is too weird, kinda, didn't really like the concept when i first tried reading it.
