Can anyone please identity a manga I remember seeing long ago that closely resemble the earlier art style of Akira Toriyama with the main character looking identical to the kid version of Goku except he has a short haircut and he knows kung fu as well.

No, this isn't the one I was talking about. The kid is suppose to be a Kung Fu fighter. I could only vaguely remember him wearing a neckerchief like the Monkey King. Sorry for the lack of description.
