am looking for a short n teresting anime hopefully a comedy but am opened for anything just.
by short i mean not anything reducusly short or just an ova. anything from 1 to ten ep i take anything over as long has it's really intersting cause i don't want to commit to anything really long.

Baccano! - 16 episodes, but the storytelling is interesting - it doesn't present a defined storyline that you have to remember; rather, it gives bits and pieces of different views and different times here and there. Just enjoy the ride.

Angel Beats! - 14 episodes, but not too hard to keep up with. Great comedy, lovely drama.

Spice and Wolf 13 episodes. (fantastic chemistry, only complaint: it's dialogue heavy)

Natsume Yuujinchou 13 episodes. (youkai, slice-of-life)
Otome Youkai Zakuro 13 episodes. (cute romance comedy with some action)
House of Five Leaves 12 episodes. (awesome character development; no action... nonlinear story-telling)
Ristorante Paradiso 11 episodes. (focuses on individual characters, not food)

By the way, what do you consider long? I kept to 13 episodes max with the suggestions (cheating because some are just season 1).

yeah mononoke is short and interesting, but it´s not comedy at all.

well, maybe, the Koomo no Jikan anime.. it was interesting, but it isn´t everyones´ taste
