suzuki julietta is my favorite mangaka. i love all her three works akuma to dolce, Kamisama Hajimemashita & Karakuri Odetto. any recommendations of mangakas who are as good as julietta sensei.

I love reading Nishikata Mai's works. Her art is beautiful and her stories are great! Some of her works: Sweet Black, Venus Capriccio and Hana no Kishi oh oh and Cyboy XD

Midorikawa Yuki's stories always have supernatural twists.
Tsukuba Sakura's works also have fantasy/supernatural elements.
Hibiki Wataru's Hanatsuki Hime seems like it might fit your taste.
AKIZUKI Sorata is a good shoujo fantasy mangaka. She writes Akagami no Shirayukihime, and it's an adorable fantasy manga.
Josei:
Takayama Shinobu's wonderful fantasy Amatsuki deserves a mention.
Yumeka Sumomo/Sahara Mizu's het works often have supernatural or fantasy elements and are very cute.

I really like that mangaka as well... I like Hikawa Kyouko even more, primarily for Kanata Kara but Otogimoyou Ayanishiki is good too (and Miriam but that's not fantasy).
