Shin Angyo Onshi - starts off rather slow but the story really picks up
Recca no Honoo - also starts off slow but gets better, art improves a lot by the end

Only the "first part" is complete, and "part two" has not even been started by the author.

Even though a second part or sequel is technically part of the same manga, I think since the first part is finished it counts as "complete".

Third Rurouni Kenshin and second InuYasha. Both of these are classic. Kenshin has like 200+ chapters and Inuyasha has 500+.

Either way, the story is not complete. Also, my willing suspension of disbelief started to wain around chapter 60; so, it's not really a "must read" in the first place.

I kind of glanced over those posts, but yeah... Breaker isn't finished either. Of course, these "parts" are a marketing ploy by the author/publisher after a hiatus to keep the readers interested.
So, skip over Veritas and the breaker... probably zero and immortal regis as well (can't say for certain on this, as I have not read them), if you simply want completed stories.
