What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I read a manga a while back about a female secret agent. She was one of the elite single numbers of her organization. This was a 90's manga i think and she falls in love with the guy shes protecting and fakes her death to avoid him. Any help would be much appreciated.biggrin
