first Manga:
unfortunately Naruto but it was good at that time and it was thanks to it that i got hooked on manga anyway
first Anime
i don't remmember!
if you mean what you got yourself then i'm not sure
if it was what was shown on TV then it was way back in my kindergarten days maybe UFO Robo Grendizer (what too violent for kindergateners? we played mortal kombat I when we was in primary school  ) and after that DBZ,nikki larson(city hunter),maison ikkoku

Manga: I'm not sure but I'm guessing it was something by CLAMP.
Anime: Gundam Wing. Those were some good times...

First anime was sailor moon when I was 5 or 6.
First manga was fruits basket when I was 12 or so.

My first anime was either Inuyasha or Sailor Moon when I was really little.
As for my first manga, I don't really remember, but I know I read a lot more cutesy stuff back then and it seems worlds away to me now.

First anime besides random episodes of pokemon and stuff was Saint Tail. The first anime series I watched all the episodes of was probably either Fullmetal Alchemist or Haibane Renmei.
First manga, ummm... probably Futaba-kun Change

first anime was probably sailor moon (english dub)
first anime i knew was an anime was naruto

I don't remember the first anime i saw but i think it was dbz or something from toonami. The manga that brought me into the internet was rave master though. Its amazing how much my taste has changed in only a few years.

First Accidental Anime - watched One Piece 4kids every weekend in 3rd or 4th grade and loved it. Actually pokemon came way before that now that I think about it....
First Known Anime - Vampire Knight, though now that I'm older I hate it 
First Manga - it was definitely some cutesy shoujo, can't remember the name because I think it was only one volume or something
