First Anime: Pokemon, though I didn't watch a whole lot of it like some childrens. Naruto 10 years later was the second.
First Manga: Zettai Kareshi (I think...)

First Manga... Naruto, my bro brought it home and I read it and wow, I got into other mangas RUROKEN!! and FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST!

First Anime... Gundam Wing, or Escaflowne... myabe it was DBZ, hmmm... or was it Pokemon?? no no, that was for sure out after Gundam Wing,,, I think its gundam wing for sure... but Inuyasha was the first time I realised what anime was
b4 that I used to think they were all just cartoons!

First Manga: (i started late Y-Y)....i picked some random stuff from the library..i think my first manga was Princess Prince by Tomoko Taniguchi ^^ (it's a really funny shoujo!)

My first animie was Astro Boy
and many years later my first Manga: Detective Conan

The first anime that I saw was Scryed. Man that was awesome and still is. It's a shame there's no hq version of it.

And my first manga.. well that's though one.. Probably Flame of Recca, but honestly I have no recollection of the time when I started reading manga. I've read way too much to be able to remember what was the first one.

ahh..my first anime was inuyasha. saw it on cartoonetwork and fell in love haha. then hmm first manga was a yaoi ^^ but forgot the name ^^'..it was a japanese name...and long ^^'

My first manga was Naruto and my first anime was the english version of Inuyasha, which I had watched on Adult Swim.

I don't perfectly recall my first anime and manga. I think either Naruto or Mahou Sensei Negima were my first manga. I started reading Naruto because of the blasted fillers in the anime.

My first anime was either Pokémon or Urosukidoji . The only anime that used to air in the UK were pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and DragonBallZ. Men and Motors used to air some H-anime late at night and I'd stand by the door to listen out for anyone cumming... I mean coming.

Toonami was taken over by Cartoon Network and has gone down hill in quality since. The only anime I think they air now is Pokémon and I can't stand the newer series (I probably couldn't stand the old series any more either )

I want an anime specialist channel.

i counldn't stand listening to anime in english dubb. for some reason it just annoys the hell outta me! so i found every posible way to watch it in jap w/subtitles XP

My first manga was this random one called Imadoki (by Yu watase). I went to my friend's house, and she was like, "read this!" so i did. i didn't really like it; it was boring and plain. but i knew that i liked the cardcaptors anime, so then i read that manga. it was good. thus begins my adventure plowing through millions of shojo manga~ XD

My first anime was the english dub of Sailor Moon, and my first manga was $10. Might seem like a weird place to start, but it was the first scanlated manga on the alphabetical list, and I only decided to start reading manga when I came across this website.

Anime: DBZ or Sailor Moon. It was just one of those morning cartoons...
Manga: Fushigi Yuugi

First anime was either Dragon Ball Z or Ranma.

First anime that i watch was Transformers but i'm not sure whether at that time it was still under the Japanese production team or not cause later i found out that some american company bought the right to its production. So i can't say for sure, but if it is, then, my first anime is Dragon Ball Z .

As for my first manga, this one i remember for sure since the one who responsible for it no other than my mom . Yup, she bought me my first manga which also happen to be Dragon Ball Z and as a result of that fateful day, i've become sort of like a manga freak now , well anyway, got to thanks me mum for introducin' me to the wonderful and endless cycle of the manga world
