I'm looking for a shounen/seinen/action where the main charecter is very serious, and you can almost never find him cracking a friendly smile.....................
but most importantly i need this charecter to have sharp eyes that never calm.
....eyes that could kill...

All of their eyes look the same to me. There is a difference? It's either happy and oblivious (huge and round) or serious and sharp (pointy and mad looking). Not much in between... unless you read a decent seinen where their eyes look like an actual human beings instead of something like a slender loris (Google it).

but im not sure if i want to read gakuen alice, i was looking for more of a shounen/seinen/action type thing,
