What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Some time ago I read on an online reader this oneshot about a katana that was posessed by a spirit. The katana not only could talk, but it got bigger when it was held by a 'good woman'. It was really hilarious, and I'd like to read it again, but I can't seem to remember the title. If any of you have read it, please let me know.
