I don't know about the main image, but the smaller one is from Teiden Shoujo to Hanemushi no Orchestra.

lol, why wouldn't they be talking about the main picture? And yes, that is Kuroshitsuji.


Because the name of the manga is in the url and it's from mangareader and on the site there's a picture of kuroshitsuji as "Popular Manga Updates."
