What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I'm looking for the manga where the guy character is a pawn shop owner and the girl is someone who gets easily trick by good-looking guys. The guy takes her under his wings and teaches her how to not get deceived whether it is in people in general or designer bags.

Thanks, it's Ousama no Shichiya alright. I read years ago so I forgot the name. Not that I would remember something that's in Japanese.
