I started to read Kikenchitai Danshi - Kedamono Black & White and I love the storyline.
there are something like two schools fighting against each other. two leaders. 1 each school and 1 girl who fall in love with one of them.

something like that! ^^ but the girl can also fall in love with both xD

everything is welcome except yaoi and yuri!!!!!

I haven't read that one, but by the sounds of it Penguin Brothers seems pretty similar. Except it's two groups within the same high school.
