Hi everyone. I was hoping you can help me out with a request. I've looked already in the forums and categories for stuff like what I'm asking for, but would like your recommendations.

I looking for a manga/anime where the villain is really underestimated by the protagonist or "good" side, where they, at first, feel no sort of threat from the villain; That is until they're completely taken aback by how destructive he/she is.

Some examples:
i: The villain looks like a young child. Ex: Fullmetal Alchemist's Pride, D.Gray-man's Road.
ii: The villain looks very frail
iii: The villain looks way too old
iv: The villain portrays no interest in his/her duties
v: The villain is out of shape
vi: The villain appears to be motherly/fatherly
vii: etc.

As for what I will read and not:
I don't want: BL, GL, yaoi, yuri, hentai, smut.
I'm perfectly fine with: Gore, violence, ecchi (to an extent)

Thank you.

Vinland Saga has the young viking Thorfinn. He can be considered an antagonist to others.
Sorry it wasn't a villain.

Medusa in Soul Eater looks like just a school nurse to the students at first.

Kuroshitsuji

People are constantly underestimating him because he is a child, but he actually is quite powerful (due to a contract he made with a demon). But in this case, the "bad guy" so to speak, is the main character.

Edit: By the way, the summary doesn't do it justice. Read some reviews or something.

Cannon God Exaxxion - though the actual protagonist and his backers don't underestimate them, the rest of the world is taken entirely by surprise.

Dropping in here again, but Shaman King can fit for a few of the antagonists that appear.

Hunter x Hunter Underestimating all around. The main characters are young children, who are extremely strong, and constantly underestimated. A good chunk of the characters they fight and run into also initially seem weak, or look weak. Some examples are the assassin children from the Zoldyeck family, the super old hunter association leader, and the lolita from hell biske. Highly recommended.

Yu Yu Hakusho The guy the team fought in the dark tournament who was super drunk and threw up on the side of the ring comes to mind. He ends up being really strong. Same with the wind demon who comes off as an easygoing flake, and the kid with the yoyo's. This manga-ka generally enjoys writing characters that initially appear weak.

Black Lagoon There's an arc with a maid who used to be a mercenary, and an arc with murderous twins.

Blood + In the anime the villains are mostly children.
