I know there is already a thread similar to this, but i am looking for something a bit different. I always see princess-like females in manga that have weak bodies and are unable to go outside a lot, and are always very pale and delicate or always fainting or have a weak heart or anemia or something. I am looking for a manga that has a male character like that. It doesn't even have to be the lead. He doesn't have to be especially effeminate, just have a weak body, if he is girly or not is fine. I hope i explained that good i couldn't find any examples
Thank you
*any genre is fine btw*

The protagonist of Minna Ai no Seine is sort of like this. He doesn't faint or anything, but I'm pretty sure he often has asthma attacks; and as a result, is constantly fawned-over by his incredibly over-protective family.

Maybe you should try Kuroshitsuji.

I can't think of any which matc exactly, they're hardly princess-like males, but they all have a sickly male lead.
Fruits Basket - Lead guy, Yuki, was sickly as a child, so is fawned over to a degree. (it's more complicated than that but I don't want to give away spoilers)
Boku no hatsukoi o kimi ni sasagu - Lead guy, Takuma, has heart disease, but he isn't really frail. He is hospitalised a lot though, for obvious reasons.
I second Kuroshitsuji - again, not a all princess-like, but Ciel's young age and asthma give him weak bod, However, he is a strong person most of the time.
Also, here is the search for the category "illness" for yo to browse at your pleasure.
Hope ths helps.

ah thanks for these. i will definitely check out Boku no hatsukoi o kimi ni sasagu and Minna Ai no Seine. Unfortunatly i have already read Kuroshitshi (pure awesomeness) and I just couldn't read Fruits Basket at all
also he doesn't have to be exactly princess-like, just weak/frail/sickly/whatever
