High School Debut (Koukou Debut) would be an AWESOME anime, or live action. Great series, it could translate really, really well.
Otomen would be pretty cute too. I've only read the first volume in English, but it was really good and so far could turn into a good anime.

Well, the obvious choice would be Merupuri. I'm really surprised it isn't an anime yet. Actually, everything sensei has made would be perfect in animated form.
I'd say Zettai Kareshi, too, because its male counterpart Chobits has an anime and we females need our weekly half-hour of mindless fanservice and fantasies, too. 
One of sensei's other works, Imadoki!, might also be good.

FY Genbu Kaiden has my vote
Red River would be nice but hard to market, they would have to give it a severe MA rating.

if 1/2 ouji was considered shoujo. then make it an anime.NOW.ahaha

I agree with Koukou Debut and Cat Street since they have a nice plot. Though I prefer Koukou Debut for the art and Cat Street for the plot. Also Kaichou wa Maid Sama, I would love to see Usui being animated

I think Godchild counts as shoujo, would definitly want that even though there are 101 ways they could possibly screw it up...
Would like to second or third or whatever Zettai Kareshi...
Strawberry Shake Sweet would also be an entertaining one...
Even though it's considered Seinen, it feels more like a shoujo to me, so I think Kobato would be cute (if Clamp would just release it faster...)
Bitter Virgin is also technically a Seinen but what the hell...
Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume would be another definite...
mmm, think thats it for shoujo...for now

Anything by Suzuki Julietta, especially Kamisama Hajimemashita. Also, I'd love to see Dengeki Daisy, Chrome Breaker, and M to N no Shouzou.
