Hello everyone ^^,
I'm looking for a manga/game/anime that features Japan in the 1800s-1900s, where some places were westernized, they had guns, and westren fashion spread. I think it's Showa period or Taishou
Any genre is FINE
something like devil summoner, shadow hearts (PS2 rpg games) ...
hmmm... I think like the anime Tactics too
thanks!

Otome Youkai Zakuro
Adekan
Iiki no Ki (I think; the setting isn't specified in the first chapter, but it looks Meiji to me)
Great topic, I love stories set during the Meiji Era!

Well, the OP did mention Tactics (which is also set in the Taisho era) so I figured it'd be okay. If it doesn't fit, then sorry >.<
If what you wanted was the Meiji era / Bakumatsu, then;
Fugurumakan Raihouki
Peace Maker Kurogane and Shinsengumi Imon Peace Maker
Kaze Hikaru
Hadashi de Bara wo Fume
