Shoujo child-care --
with a bit of romance -- Aishiteruze Baby (completely scanlated too).
with lots of adorable children -- Gakuen Babysitters
with a cute little boy -- Flat (AOGIRI Natsu)

I've never read Love So Life, but I think these will fit:
A Small World
One Fine Day
Plana-Chan!
I just based these off the "cuteness" not the story.

Meh, One Fine Day could pass as one. And I made a typo. I meant A Small World, not Small World, my bad. Like I said, I just based them off by "cuteness". dead
