If you like Hanzou no Mon and Kozure Ookami, you should definitely read;

The Ravages of Time (A manhua, but it's still really good)
Bokko
Sangokushi
Kubikiri Asa
Shigurui

I don't have a very high opinion of these, but you might want to try Kaze Hikaru , Basilisk , Y+M and Berserk.

There's also Shin Angyo Onshi, but it's in a fantasy setting so you may not like it.
