Hey there! I'm looking for a manga where the villain is a guy who's an idiot or just always fails to claim victory over the heroine, usually in a comical manner. Also with him being in love with her. Kind of like he always tries to do "evil" things just for her to pay attention to him.

I don't really know any japanese manga to give examples of, but this can be seen a lot in American cartoons and such. Of course, the only example I can think of at the moment that fits HALF this request is the PowerPuff Girls (Mojo jojo isn't in love with any of them, but he always fails to win, usually in a comical manner, and is darn persistent! lol), maybe kinda like Megamind also, haha.

Any suggestions?

Not exactly what you're looking for, but there's a silly lovesick villain in Watashi no Ookami-san. The couple also features in the sequel Dear

I've read those mangas, they're pretty funny! But are there any others that would fit more closely?

Maybe a manga where the main male character is an idiot and full of himself but in love with a level-headed girl. Like he pursues her but actually becomes all awkward and shy when she shows any kind of interest. Something along those lines would be:

Winner-kun from the anime Chibi Karin (not that she really showed interest, but there were certain parts, which were funny )

Saint Tail - EXACTLY what you're looking for (though he's not evil, just her enemy), though I've only seen the anime
Gakuen Alice - in the case of the protagonist's best friend in later volumes
Kamichama Karin - no romance, but the laughing stalk villain role is perfect x)
