Like the title says, I really really want a romance with a lead like Tamaki >_<

I also checked the Flamboyant male lead thread, but it doesn't look like what I'm looking for, though I haven't read most of them so I don't really know.

Vampire Crisis is what you need. If you don't mind vampires. It's technically an anthology but the first few chapters contain a single story.
A few times there I thought he was Tamaki's long lost brunette twin brother. XD He's adorable. The story is rather light-hearted, too (though I usually read dark shoujo like Yuki Kaori's stuff, so maybe it only seemed light-hearted to me... well it sure isn't a tragedy).

Eden No Hana definitely. When I was reading this, Tamaki was the first character I thought of, actually.

That said, there's some tragedy, but it's all about the past (she was abused before she came to live with him. And once they start living together, there's tons of comedy and romance.

Warning: There are incestuous themes, so if you can't stand the mere idea of incest, you shouldn't read. But if you can, I really recommend it. It's a great manga.
