What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I read this manga/manhwa years ago, about two guys living together (I think one was attracted to girls with large breasts and the other was attracted to girls with long eyelashes). I also remember that they'd stolen the furniture in their apartment from somewhere... and I think one of the guy's father's might have been a priest. The girl had weird hallucinations (I remember something about her shoes making her dance in one chapter?) and that she was wearing plastic bags on her feet at one point.

Anyone recognize this? smile
