Is she really dead? I think she is but I really hope she's not. I know she got shot by the crazy dude then got sniped by that goverment official but she had alot of ki energy left in her so she might have survived. What do you think?

It would be pretty cheesy if she survived:
She dies, pushes Goomonryong over the edge, into being even darker and edgier than before, then turns out to be alive after all! That's Generic Shounen Battle Manga 101.

she gave that ki to Goomonryong so he could fight so she wouldn't have much ki to help her survive

Dude, she died, before that she got shot in the stomach i believe then she got sniped around the neck so she died shortly after that, and believe that she survived its tottaly wrong, this is not bleach, where all the main and supportive caracters never die even if cut in half LOL

She took the ki from Shioon and Goomonryong didn't take all of it so she could have used the rest to heal herself.

she was a walking plot convinience
her gigantic breast was put to used when the young male readers needed it
she put the poison into the young boy even though it was an 85% of him becoming weaker/die from eating it
she was there to have a silly relationship with the dragon
so he would snap when she died
she had no real impact on anything in the story she was just a pair of boobs that forced the story forward every so often...bcoz the author needed it atm
if she comes back its for the same reason

No I think she's really dead, otherwise it just wouldn't work if she came back. But like TaoPaiPai said she was mainly there for convenience.
EDIT: Just reading the latest chapter, it's more likely that she come back, but it would kinda suck.

Maybe, but these "bring someone back to life" schemes rarely seem to end well.

I hope he fails. She was an alright character. It probably wont' end up pretty if she comes back to life, but since she and the teacher were in love, I guess she'll bring him out.

Yeah, i think that she might become a zombie-ish character that will have to fight 9 arts dragon, then he will have that "WTFBBQSAUCE" face when he sees her, then she will fight him regardless, then 9 arts dragon will have no will to kill her, and then Shiho will reawaken her conscience, and die again. Then 9 arts dragon will kill the guy who revived her.
THAT is what i think will happen.
