Ippo's character development was just too slow or repetitive. He hasn't mature ever since he won the championship. The calm personality is ok but i wish he would mature a bit.

Way back in the story a dude tried to hit his girlfriend, and he just treated it like a normal match. Now someone insults his coach, and he loses his f'ing mind to throw a punch even luffy would applaud... srsly where are his priorities at How are insults toward your coach ever more infuriating than some a-hole swinging at your girl!?
