Ones on your list I've read and enjoyed:
Ouran High School Host Club--hilarious, love it
Koukou Debut--It's complete and worth finishing
The One--It's in a weird place right now and I'm waiting for it to get past it
Faster than a Kiss--A little repetitive, not much progress overall, but feel-good story
Oresama Teacher--tons of lols every chapter and actual plot progression, I get excited every time I see a new chapter out
Akuma to Love Song--annoyed with Meguro right now, but still love the manga
Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta--pretty sweet
Penguin Revolution--not a 10, but complete and worth finishing

Oresama Teacher is always funny and silly
Koukou Debut is cute and funny ... and I don't know how far you are into it but you might as well finish it since it really isn't that long
Akuma to Love Song ... Main Protagonist is pretty interesting .. Some character development I guess .. maybe kind of slow in more recent chapters
By the way .. I wonder how you are going to choose which one to continue? .. You're gonna get a recommendation for pretty much everything on your list .. are you going to tally up votes or something?

Personally, I think anything that is completed is worth checking out, so you won't go on standby again. I loved Ouran and Special A. However, SA tends to go into unnecessary territory towards the end... so its get a bit boring.

Ouran, Ouran, Ouran.
And if you're in the mood for an angsty, stylish classic, I'd go with Nana.
For something more sweet and heartwarming, Penguin Revolution (though the ending was inconclusive).

Yeah, I second Beav58's suggestion. If it's not totally completed yet, you're just going to have to restart this thread again and again until they're completed.
