I suggest you don't get that kind of tatoo >_<. it's reserved for the mafia. and there are certain places in japan where they ban all yukaza and yukaza with tatoos. and if you have that tatoo, you are part of the yukaza ._.

Joker on my Chest If any of you remember Magic the Gathering Fallen Empires expansion, this was one of the Javelineers logo.
Magic Mushroom on my leg I drew this picture when I was in 11th grade and went directly to get it tattoo'ed on my leg.
Angel of Mercy on my other leg.
Saw this image on a t-shirt and thought it would look better on my left calf.

I know tattoos are often associated with yakuza/triad in asian countries but is it in regard to all tatts or just those with those designs?

Always wanted snakes/dragons...but recently I found out that having a tattoo is prohibited, if you ever want to be a bone marrow donor. So it's either a tattoo or someone's life.
I'm surprised so many people here want a caduceus tattoo...since I've read how that sign was created, I get sick every time I see it.
