From what I remember it's:

A gender blender. The girl's father is like a mad scientist and he gives the girl a pill and it temporarily changes her to a guy. The girl likes short guy, and another love rival loves the girl. The love's rival's father and the girl's father hate each other (science competition) so the rival's father also developed this drug and changes him to a girl temporarily. Also when the girl is in her boy form she would talk to her crush and give him love advice or such...
