What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I'm looking for somthing like Ichigo Jikan
He's the the headmaster/principal/director of a company/school and she falls in love with him!

Everything is okay except yuri, yaoi

(please not to old mangas 2000-now is okay. good art please, but if u don't know with good art the art isn't that important!!!)

I've never read Ichigo Jikan, but young managers/geniuses I can remember are:

Ghost Hunt (though I saw the anime) - manager/director of detective agency
Kiss/Hug - huge corporate CEO...
Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto - I consider him to be pretty young roll (good status in hotel management)
Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume - he was temporary manager of a bakery...
Kimi to Koi ni Ochiru Mahou de - same as above (but short and complete)
Hana ni Arashi - you know... I don't remember... but he has assassins following him...

EDIT -- smut warning:
Hapi Mari - I consider him to be young... bigrazz
