Well it depends on the genre you're looking for... i'm mostly a Shounen/Seinen reader but i don't know if you want that...
if you do i'd recommend Ubel Blatt. if you can get past the fan service it has a great story and subverts many clichés. Also elves of course

Yep it had elves, both normal elves and dark elves
~~~~ Witchcraft Troops A funny and funny manga, worth your time.
Elf wo Karu Monotachi A funny and fun....well you've probably seen "Those who hunts elves" this is the manga version of it. Quite funny since it's a band of humans hunting elves and stripping them to find magical codes to get back home again. xD
Drifters A funny but not as much as the others since it's more interesting and action that's in this manga made by the Hellsing author. I like this best since I like where it's going and the idea he's playing on...
