does this manga have shounen-ai?

For some reason, on mangafox this manga was marked as shounen-ai and I was wondering why that would be... confused Is it because this manga is marked gender bender? I have no problems with it, but I am just really curious, since it is not labeled as shounen-ai here.

It's not shounen-ai, but it gives hints that some characters are familiar with having male partners. There's a shounen-ai couple in the story, but they're not main characters.
