For people who play instruments or sing and stuff~

Well, are you working on a song right now? Is it classical? Modern? Pop? What instrument? Or do you have one down, and now you're playing it over and over? :3

I'm currently trying to learn to play Debussy's Pagodes, the first movement of Estampes, on piano. It's a lovely song~ x3

Debussy is fun to play and the pagodes aren't so hard to learn I think. ^_^
I like to play his poissons d'or, en bateau and L'Isle joyeuse most of them all ^_^

Now learning how to play Master of Puppets from metallica on the piano. Recently learned to do One from Metallica so i wanna do some more of their songs.
And also I play the piano

I have been trying to learn Vivaldi's Seasons for violin for the last 10 years and failing due to lack of practice.

I think I may give this up in favor of some easier kind of music making. My idea was to compose a ballad, titled Jodhpurs de Tsutotsu.

Upon the rainy hill I weep,
My eyes doth drown in salty tears,
Where oh where hath my love gone,
My Pants of Tsuto's, where??

Well, currently I'm learning Darling Dear by the Jackson 5, and Too Young to Die by Jamiroquai.
On bass of course.

I gave up on learning Do I Do(stevie) and Get on the floor (MJ) for now xD

Haha, I'm actually thinking of learning the third movement, the Gardens in the Rains one in Estampes. XD

But currently I'm trying to learn Chopin's Ballade No. 1 biggrin (piano)

Prelude and Fugue in Bb on the piano by J.S Bach. I've mastered the prelude, I'm learning the fugue part now. If anyone knows what a fugue, you'll understand my nightmare of learning it!

I'm learning the aria "Cara sposa, amante cara" from Handel's opera Rinaldo, as well as "Che faro senza Euridice" from Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice and "Voi, che sapete" from Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro. Normally I wouldn't be learning so many songs at once but I'm trying to figure out what range of my voice I should focus on. I'm a Lyric mezzo-soprano smile but I'm not sure what my repertoire should be... I do know that I'll be playing a lot of male roles though lol and maybe some seductive, tragic heroines haha
I want to learn how to play an instrument though! I tried teaching myself a simple Back piece on the piano... did not work out very well lolz

Currently practicing/learning.....Venetian Boat Song, Andante Cantabile (Mozart), Errinerung (Schumann). Currently rying to perfect Suteki da Ne (Piano Collections ver.), The Moon Has Passed (Chuno OST), Marcia alla Turca (Mozart), and Piano Battle 1-3 (Secret OST). Gah, the classical ones would only take me few more months yet I've been playing Marcia alla Turca for a year and I still can't perfect the tempo and articulation. no And I'm thinking on starting some Gigues from Bach later. All on the piano smile wink grin

I'm not really a classical musician, but I'm currently trying to learn Beneath The Burning Tree, Owls (Are Watching) and To Die Like Mouchette by Funeral For A Friend on guitar.
