The uke is hetero but that’s not his main concern, he’s more worried that he’s too old for a relationship, especially with someone much younger.

This is one chapter in a series of short stories and unfortunately this is not the main story.

It sounds like it could be a Naono Bohra manga. She loves her older ukes... Perhaps Mika tsuki no kimi from Hajishirazu na Yoru? I cannot find the manga amongst my 50+ GB unorganized manga folders but I think it suits the description quite well...
