Some manga that made me cry:
Fruits Basket
Love So Life
Sket Dance <--- Only the arcs: Switch Off! and most of all, Happy Birthday with Happy ReBirthday ( If you read the last two arcs, you'll probably see the slight relation between me and him)
Fairy Tail at the end of the Nirvana (parallel world) arc
Iris Zero Just a little bit
Mushi to Medama to Teddy Bear Just everything in their past and what happened made me cry so much
Umineko no Naku koro ni This manga probably made me cry like a complete baby just because of what the little girl, Maria, went through
Some anime that made me cry :
Kobato Near the end, if you saw her choice before the last episode, you'll get what I mean
Angel Beats! Oh my god, this broke me down so many times, I'm not even kidding
Clannad along with the movie, it just made me cry every time

There are more, i am sure, i am such a cry baby.

Yeah, in Elfen Lied. I'm completely sure there are others (I can cry at anything that engrosses me), but I just can't remember specific titles.

No, but close to on Eve no Jikan and Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer . I don't watch too much depressing manga/anime so its a rare moment for me.

I cry a lot while reading manga, and studio ghibli films especially. I cried when reading Cat Street, Shiro no Eden, Nana, and a lot of other ones that I can't remember at the moment.

One Piece, Chrono Crusade, Angel Beats, Air, Fairy Tail, and Kara no Kyokai: Overlooking View.
There are many many more, but I look emotional enough so I'll just leave it with those.

So many times, I can't even count. Though to be honest, those manga I cried to teach me much about life.
